In order to clean the heavily polluted river the Yamuna, PSEC, Bhumi NGO and Ek Pahel students launched a massive cleanliness drive to get rid of the garbage dumped in the river. The main aim of this campaign was at conserving heritage monument along the Yamuna, besides cleaning the Yamuna river. The drive succeeded in collecting out tonnes of garbage which included litte polythene bags, plastics, immersed idols in the river and construction material.
